Your test results will be available after 10 days from your clinic visit. Please call 1-877-342-6568 or go to www.mytestresults.com.
You will enter your Customer/Client Number: 558716
Next, you will be asked to enter your Client log in/UID:Â Enter your entire social security number (no dashes/slashes/spaces).
Lastly, you will be asked to enter your PIN:Â This will be your date of birth in a two digit month, two digit day, two digit year format (mmddyy).
